Seventy-five cyclists from Wheel to Heal, a non-profit organisation, will ride for Palestine on Sunday to raise funds for victims. The event will start at the Moses Mabhida Stadium at 5am. They aim to raise R750 000. For more information on the event, call Mohammed Docrat at 083 786 9647.

The Chatsworth Regional Hospice Association that provides hope and comfort to patients and families afflicted and affected by life-limiting illnesses, is encouraging readers to support its Charity Shoppe at its premises in Silverglen. The shoppe has pre-loved goods ranging from clothing and furniture to books. It also has an assortment of sought-after items. The monies raised will go toward fund-raising efforts. If you would like to donate items and require it to be picked up, call the hospice at 031 403 2273. Items can also be dropped off at the Chatsworth Hospice.
