CHRISTMAS CHEER

A 1.75M-HIGH Christmas tree outside the Oceans Mall in uMhlanga was lit up on Sunday. The tree was designed and installed by Nevon Singh, of Magic Lighting. It has more than 1 200m of steel, 2 200m of wiring, and 186 000 bulbs. “This tree lighting ceremony serves as a symbol of hope and prosperity to all of us in KwaZulu-Natal. It shows our resilience and determination as a nation, and proves nothing is impossible. The international awarding-winning Oceans Mall is a beacon of success that overcame all obstacles to become the most admired mall in South Africa,” said Vivian Reddy, co-developer of Oceans Mall. |
