Horses to watch out for

IT IS not often that we see a Graded Sprint Race on Hollywoodbets Durban July day but with the POST Merchants being race 9 on the card, it really does bring that burst of electricity into the day’s proceedings.

The Corne Spies-trained William Robertson is the favourite for this year’s renewal of the race, followed by the Tony Rivalland-trained Coin Spinner. Many experts and racing enthusiasts have suggested that this race is one of the hardest to judge on this 12-race programme.

Winning Form tipster Jimmy The Rich has tipped the favourite but says that from a punter’s perspective it is tough.

“The fancied runners are drawn on the outside and this race does close off the pick 6 and place accumulator, so it does make it a touch more difficult,” said Rich.

The horses to watch out for, according to Jimmy The Rich, are also Sound of Warning and Bartholdi. Both horses make up his top three selections along with William Robertson. He suggests that these three horses could fight out the finish.
