Creamy Mushroom Pasta

2 cups pasta

1 punnet mushrooms

1 cup fresh cream

¼ cup butter

4 tbs flour

1 tsp crushed garlic

1 cup milk

1 onion, chopped

1 cup Mozzarella

1 tbs oil

2 tsp salt

Boil the pasta with 1 tsp salt and oil. Drain and set aside. Melt the butter and fry the onions. Add the garlic.

Stir in the mushrooms and cook until the oil comes up. Add the flour to the mushroom mix and fry until the mixture bubbles.

Stir in the milk and cream. Mix in the pasta.

Add the Mozzarella over and cook in the oven (180°C) for 20 minutes.
