Stuffed Mushroom Caps

6 large brown mushrooms breadcrumbs

2 tbs butter

1 onion, finely diced

1 cup Mozzarella

1 cup chopped peppers salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp crushed garlic

Remove the stalks from mushrooms’ caps, chop and set aside.

In a pan, fry the onions in the butter. Add the garlic and peppers.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add the mushroom stalks and cook until the liquid evaporates.

Mix in the cheese. Fill the mushroom caps and place on an oven tray.

Cover the tops with Mozzarella and breadcrumbs.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
